We want you to be satisfied with your SENMU purchase.

Returns
Due to the nature of our herbal powder product, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days after delivery. Items must be in their original condition and original packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by us.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
